Preto Loft is more than a photography studio — it's a versatile events space that can be customized in different configurations to accommodate parties of up to 100 people. From brand activations and corporate holiday parties to micro weddings and celebrations, our spaces offer a unique aesthetic experience designed to impress your guests, take the stress out of planning, and look incredibly photogenic.
Preto Loft offers three studio rooms totalling 3,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space for gatherings of up to 100 people. The East Side and West Side studios can be used as individual rooms or seamlessly combined to create one expansive event space — giving you the freedom to design the layout that works best for your occasion.
Preto Loft comes furnished with seating and lounge areas ready to use. For larger setups, 60 folding chairs, folding tables, and an 8 ft. bar are available to rent in-house at an additional cost. Clients are also welcome to bring in their own furniture and décor to create a fully personalized event space.
Our New York-style loft features professionally designed, one-of-a-kind spaces with oversized 12 ft windows and exposed brick walls. Additional highlights include 14 ft beamed ceilings ideal for fabric installations, a 10 ft microcemented arch perfect for wedding setups, and stunning oak herringbone floors — a backdrop that makes every event feel effortlessly elevated.
Preto Loft accommodates events from 30 to 100 guests, making it the perfect setting for intimate celebrations, corporate gatherings, brand showcases, and everything in between.
Preto Loft is equipped with everything you need to host seamlessly. Amenities include a catering kitchen, a dedicated makeup and getting-ready area, an additional studio room available for storage, a freight elevator for easy load-in, and underground parking conveniently located across the street.
Our attentive on-site team is here to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish. From answering questions in advance to supporting your planners on the day of, we're with you every step of the way.

The Interlude was a labour of love — a night created by the wedding industry, for the wedding industry. Hosted at Preto Loft, the evening welcomed 100 of Toronto's top wedding creatives for an intimate gathering to connect, recharge, and feel celebrated before a new season began. Brought to life by Mint Room Studios, DJ Michael Coombs, Purple Tree Photography, and Mango Studios, the night was anchored by guest speaker Kathy Romero — a globally recognized event planner and business coach based in New York.
